Were it not for the one person willing to do the digging (and really, I&#39;ve seen those authorization books &amp; rules, it&#39;s not that hard), you&#39;d still be on the governmental treadmill.<br /><br />From my perspective, TriCare is the one responsible for your decision to move forward with the therapy.
